Matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon barrels, ex-Sherry casks and refill oak casks, this 12-year-old expression offers superb balance between fruit, sweetness and spice. Aromas of ripe apples, pear, honey and toasted almonds give way to a silky palate of vanilla, dried fruit, gentle oak and warming spice. The finish is smooth, rounded and lightly nutty, showcasing the elegant, approachable character that has made Tomatin a Highland favourite.
