Product Images & Vintages

We aim to keep all product descriptions, bottle images, labels and vintages shown on our website accurate and up to date. However, vintages, labels and packaging may change from time to time, and the product supplied may differ slightly from the image shown.
Wine is an agricultural product and natural variation between vintages is expected. Differences between vintages do not, by themselves, indicate that a product is faulty.

Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the tasting or event and will be clearly shown on the individual event page when booking. Unless otherwise stated, failure to attend a booked tasting is non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals of up to 15 minutes, but the tasting may already have started and missed parts cannot always be repeated.

Babies and children cannot attend our tastings and should not be brought to an event, even if they do not require a ticket. We are dog friendly and well-behaved dogs are welcome. Returns & Faulty Products

Faulty Products

If you believe a wine, beer, spirit, food item or other product is faulty, please stop consuming or using it and contact us as soon as possible. Please keep the original bottle or packaging, closure where applicable, and sufficient contents for us to assess the reported fault, together with proof of purchase. Returning a product does not automatically mean that it is faulty. We may inspect the product and, where appropriate, refer it to our supplier, importer or producer for further assessment.
We may be unable to properly assess a claim where:
• the product has been substantially consumed;
• insufficient contents remain to assess the reported fault;
• the contents have been altered, diluted or contaminated;
• the original bottle or packaging is no longer available; or
• the product has been left open or stored in a way that may have affected its condition.
Where a product is confirmed as faulty, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund.

Wine & Vintage Variation

Wine is an agricultural product and natural variation between vintages is expected. Differences in colour, body, acidity, tannin, aroma or flavour between vintages do not, by themselves, indicate that a wine is faulty.
Natural sediment, tartrate crystals and characteristics associated with a particular wine, vintage or style are also not necessarily faults.

Personal Taste

Personal preference is not considered a product fault. A wine, whisky, beer or other drink being different from what you expected, or simply not being to your taste, does not by itself mean that the product is faulty.

Change of Mind

For purchases made in our physical shop, we are happy to consider an exchange of an unopened product returned promptly, in its original, undamaged and saleable condition, with proof of purchase. Change-of-mind exchanges are offered at our discretion. We cannot accept products that have been kept for an extended period or where we cannot be satisfied that they have been stored appropriately and remain suitable for resale. We do not offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind or your preferences have changed.

Online & Click & Collect Orders

If you wish to cancel or return an online or Click & Collect order, please contact us as soon as possible. Any statutory cancellation or return rights that apply to your purchase remain unaffected.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Card payments cannot be refunded in cash, to another card or as store credit. Please allow several working days for card refunds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Proof of Purchase

We may ask for your receipt, order confirmation or other reasonable proof that the product was purchased from us.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
