A beautifully balanced Islay single malt that captures Caol Ila’s elegant style. Delicate peat smoke drifts over aromas of lemon zest, orchard fruit and vanilla, while the palate reveals notes of sweet malt, creamy toffee, coastal salinity and gentle bonfire smoke. The finish is long, fresh and lightly peppery, with the smoke lingering gracefully rather than overpowering the whisky. Bottled by Signatory Vintage without chill filtration to preserve its natural character and texture.
