Produced from five separate distillation runs, it combines both short and extended fermentations using commercial yeast, mature dunder, wild yeast and naturally occurring Islay bacteria to create exceptional depth and complexity.

Bottled at high strength without sacrificing balance, the result is an intensely aromatic rum bursting with ripe tropical fruit, overripe banana, green apple skin and earthy esters. The palate is rich with pear, vibrant fruit acidity and unmistakable funk before giving way to a long, warming finish that lingers with remarkable intensity.

Produced in relatively small batches and representing the distillery’s experimental approach to fermentation, this is a rum for enthusiasts who appreciate powerful, character-driven spirits.
