A rare, mature Hungarian sweet wine made from individually selected, botrytis-affected Furmint and Hárslevelű grapes. The exceptional concentration of a 6 Puttonyos Aszú delivers layers of dried apricot, ripe peach, honey and candied citrus, with touches of vanilla, nuts and warm spice developing through more than two decades of bottle age.

Rich and intensely sweet, yet held together by Tokaj’s naturally high acidity, the palate remains remarkably fresh and precise rather than heavy. Its long, complex finish makes this a contemplative wine to enjoy slowly, either on its own or alongside foie gras, blue cheese, fruit desserts and nut-based pastries.

The 2003 vintage is presented in a traditional 50cl bottle and offers a rare opportunity to experience fully mature Tokaji from one of Hungary’s leading modern producers.
