The coastal climate gives this classic Fino its remarkable freshness, delicate saline character and bone-dry style, making it one of Spain’s finest aperitif wines.

The nose is fresh and inviting, with aromas of toasted almonds, fresh bread, chamomile and green apple, complemented by subtle hints of sea breeze. The palate is exceptionally dry, light-bodied and vibrant, with flavours of almonds, crisp apple, minerality and a long, savoury finish that lingers beautifully.
