Fermented with indigenous yeasts, left on its skins for 15 days, bottled unfiltered and with no added sulphites, it offers floral aromas, tropical white fruit and distinctive notes of orange peel. The palate is textured yet fresh, with bright acidity and a long, refreshing finish. An ideal match for grilled vegetables, Middle Eastern dishes or soft cheeses.
