Aromas of ripe cherries, raspberries and honey mingle with warming baking spices, leading to a full-bodied palate of dark berries, plums, vanilla, gentle oak and cracked black pepper. The finish is long and warming, balancing vibrant red fruit with elegant spice and a subtle earthy note. Bottled at 48.2% ABV, with natural colour and without chill filtration.
