Nc’nean Organic Single Malt

Elegant, fruity and wonderfully modern, Nc’nean Organic Single Malt is matured in a combination of specially treated red wine casks, ex-Bourbon barrels and a small proportion of Oloroso sherry casks. Bright aromas of orange peel, stone fruits and buttery biscuits lead into a silky palate of lemon cheesecake, ripe peach, apricot, honey and gentle baking spice, finishing with creamy vanilla and lingering orchard fruits. Bottled at 46% ABV, with natural colour, without chill filtration and certified organic.

About Nc’nean: Nestled on the remote Morvern Peninsula, just across the water from Mull and not far from Oban, Nc’nean is one of Scotland’s newest distilleries. Founded by Annabel Thomas, it has become a pioneer of sustainable whisky-making, using 100% organic Scottish barley, renewable energy and bottles made entirely from recycled glass.
