Inspired by the coastal surroundings of Portree, this London Dry is distilled with sea orache gathered from the shores of Loch Portree, alongside homegrown coriander seed, blueberries, meadowsweet, angelica root and juniper. The result is a well-balanced gin that combines subtle coastal freshness with soft sweetness and classic botanical character.
