If you believe a product is faulty, please stop consuming it and return it to us as soon as possible, with the original packaging, sufficient contents remaining for assessment, and proof of purchase.
We may be unable to assess a claim if the product has been substantially consumed, the contents have been altered or contaminated, or it has been opened or stored in a way that may have affected its condition.
For wine, beer and other drinks, natural variation can occur between batches and vintages. Differences in colour, flavour, aroma or style do not by themselves indicate a fault. Personal taste is not considered a fault.
For food products, please retain the product and its original packaging, including any batch or best-before information, where possible.
Where a product is confirmed as faulty, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
For purchases made in our shop, we do not normally accept returns simply because you have changed your mind. Where a refund is due, it will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
