Made exclusively from Petit Manseng, this beautifully concentrated sweet wine is produced from hand-picked grapes left to naturally shrivel on the vine, concentrating their sugars and flavours while preserving the grape’s hallmark freshness. The result is a wine of remarkable richness, balanced by vibrant acidity that keeps every sip elegant rather than heavy.

The nose is intensely aromatic, revealing ripe mango, pineapple, quince and apricot, layered with honey, candied citrus and delicate notes of vanilla and spice from oak ageing. The palate is luscious and silky, with flavours of tropical fruit, baked orchard fruit and marmalade leading into a long, refined finish with refreshing lift.

Presented in a 50cl bottle, this is a superb partner for foie gras, blue cheeses, fruit-based desserts or simply enjoyed as a luxurious glass at the end of a meal. It also has the structure to continue developing gracefully in the cellar for many years.
