Crafted exclusively from the outstanding 2016 harvest, this Late Bottled Vintage Port from the historic House of Ferreira captures the richness and character of a single exceptional vintage. Matured in oak for several years before bottling, it offers the concentration of a Vintage Port while being ready to enjoy upon release.

The nose is intensely aromatic, revealing ripe blackberry, black cherry and plum, layered with hints of balsamic herbs, woodland notes, cracked black pepper and warm spices. The palate is full-bodied and velvety, with beautifully integrated tannins, vibrant acidity and a long, elegant finish filled with dark fruits, spice and remarkable depth.

Serve at 16–18°C with blue cheeses such as Stilton, dark chocolate desserts, berry tarts or simply on its own as a luxurious after-dinner treat. Although delicious now, this LBV also has the structure to reward further bottle ageing for those with the patience to wait.
